CreditPro provides credit repair and credit education services. Our services include credit report analysis, dispute preparation and submission, credit score monitoring guidance, and credit rebuilding strategies. We operate in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and all applicable state laws.
We do not guarantee specific results. Credit repair outcomes vary based on individual credit profiles, the nature of negative items, and creditor/bureau responses. While we use proven methods, we cannot promise that any specific item will be removed or that your credit score will increase by a specific amount.
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, you have the right to: cancel your contract within three business days without charge; dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with credit bureaus at no cost; and file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission or your state attorney general.
Our Credit Transformation Program requires a one-time payment. All fees are disclosed before enrollment. Refund policies are provided in your service agreement. No recurring or monthly charges will be applied.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, respond to communications in a timely manner, and not misuse our services or platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
CreditPro's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
